WAY too many hoops to jump through! I sent the required information twice and, even though both said they successfully posted, the person I talked to said they hadn’t come through. He asked that I send it again. I asked, if neither of the first two went through, how is a third time going to be any better? He went back to check again, and, miraculously he found that it had come through. Also, he had no particular time line on when the money would go in to my account. Not a good experience!
