Let me start by stating: I have been in business 5 years plus and do very well on revenue, I was looking at this to supplement funding as needed. I signed up and got about 85% into the process via ipad mini. It seems at the time, the web interface was not available - Hence, the app store is all in your face when using Chrome. I was able to get an account setup and looked very promising. Then on the final stages of pre-approval, there was a hangup asking for a business license. In the USA, some States, Counties and Cities, you do not require a business license. In my case I do not need to have one. I was certain I can get past this. I let it go and did not continue. I tried to find the contact number and email support. No luck, there is no way to contact them on the website. I do state that they require alot of financial information just like a bank loan would ask for. The connection to your business bank account is nearly the first thing they want. This may determine the eligibility of the account. I think they may be one of the best funders out there, but there has to be an easier way they can communicate with you. As well as perhaps get a courtesy call out from their staff. I have not heard from them in 3-4 months. Today I disconnected them from my Quickbooks Online App Center. Maybe next time.
