For commercial lending situations only, and a good source when regular bank financing is onerous, slow, or unavailable. They're not cheap (non-prime lending isn't), but they'll underwrite and close quickly on properties/borrowers that need cash for rehabilitation. Nobody underwrites everything, but they seem reasonable. Best for "flip" situations. Communication is OK and they'll respond when called, but could be better/more proactive.
