Long story short, I've been with PLS over 10 yrs. I've trusted them with my money even after moving two states! They have denied me access to my funds saying I wasn't me, even after sending ALL the proof. They've denied me funds because someone took it upon themselves to give my mother the same last name as I and so failed my own security questions. Money has come up missing that they had "no trace" of who took it or for what. This amount hasn't even been deposited in amount shown from social security. And LASTLY, I called two months in a row in advance to get a replacement card before this one expired. They assured me I'd get one in time and would still have time to use this card 10 days into the next month even if I hadn't received the new card yet. Smh, for two days they've been saying they changed the date and gave me an extension to remove at least $410 and the balance on my new card when it comes. My rent is late after midnight and they're still giving me these bs runarounds!!! Their BANK IS HERE?!? But I can't go there to get money from them since "the magnetic strip" still won't allow me to get MY MONEY off of the damn card!?! And they could "expedite" a card but I'd have to pay $25!!!THESE PEOPLE ARE ** RIDICULOUS! They're liars, scammers and thieves and would trust an honest crackhead before I'd ever trust these people again!!! This is real BS! Some people can't afford to pay their ** bills late! My check wasn't sent late! I'm shredding this ** card AS SOON AS I GET MY MONEY!??
Payday Loan Store has unbelievable ripoff artists. Never, ever do business with these people if you can help it. They skirt the law and make a huge profit off of the desperate. They collect interest first, before applying a dime to the principal. They are the very worst parasites. The loan sharks of old were much cheaper. I now call them POS Loan Store.
I had been dealing with this company for almost 3 yrs. I took out a loan back to back and forgot looking at wrong paperwork. However rep called me told me I was behind and agreed to pick the payment up. I even stated to them they can take it out my account. They refused. We had crazy whether she never showed. Unintentionally forgetting my car was no longer working after months past by due to numerous deaths in family and friends dying all around me hadn't thought about it. Mind you I took out triple this amount and paid them back in full wasn't the issue couldn't pay I honestly forgot about the loan. After that contact 3 months from when I first received the loan, I never got any letters reminding me of owing them.May 13 2014, I was in my kitchen I heard my gate open. I looked out I seen this big huge truck with lights so I went out I quickly ran back in looking for my keys in this panicking moment ran back out by the drivers side of my car. I waited as he step down approaching the yard. I'm talking to him asking him who are you and what are you doing he says, "I'm taking this car." I said can you show me paperwork? He says, "I ain't showing you sugar. This is my freaking car, you ain't pay so I'm taking it. I said ''you're not taking my car.'' I yelled Romeo. He attempted hooking the left tire. Two daughters 12&16 outside was out there. I quickly ran to the other side holding on the tire making, when he came over he started telling me to let it go. I said Sir car was stolen before from a tow truck company, can you at least please show me something a license paperwork. He wouldn't. I ask can he at least wait for the police to come.. He pulled his gun pointing it to my head. "I'm taking this car watch me".. My daughters seen it in my face before I did, then I looked up and seen it cause of yelling.. Romia scream, "don't shoot my moma," he then pointed it at her. She's pleading saying, "sir please, I'm just telling you please don't shoot moma" crying and she fell to the ground. I didn't see her nowhere. I noticed Diamond right by me saying, |Mom please move" Hysterically Diamond said as she was tapping my hand scarcely "he gonna shoot you. Mom please, move mom. Don't touch him, just don't touch him." I guess she was saying that cause he was saying "don't, nobody touch the car, one more time I'm shooting." He put it in his holster and get on the ground hooking the tire. When he stood up, kids dad started to ask him "sir what's going on?" He pulled it out again, I'm tired of you ** pointed it at him. My daughter jump in front of her dad as he's just holding his hands put telling the guy we had a car stolen can you just show her a paperwork that's all. He still cussing us out as my child is pleading for him to not kill anyone waving his gun. "I'll shoot out you ** in the head. He said so many derogatory names we were monkeys.. It was horrible. After talking to the police company telling them about the conflict. I told them you know you owe and has no problem paying but I'm not paying for this man they sent to my house that clearly has issues portion for so call towing my car. He told me he has a gun and permission to use it. Wow...he didn't feel threatened and if so why did he hook the car up after the second time of putting your weapon back in the holster.. Later found out he had a bad day earlier so he was looking for someone to take it out on and..it just so happened to be me and my family. Wow.
I've been a customer for 8 years, go in every 2 weeks to receive my payroll check from my job where PLS prints out your check. Today is Thursday Jan 18, my original payday, PLS advertise 8 years ago you can receive your check 1 to 2 days early, Jenni Bank and trust released my check since Wed Jan 17, had to talk to a manager, D. **, to I reached the guy over D. **, they say it's a glitch in their system. Try to offer 500 in advance but I want all instead of half. Long story short I have to wait until Friday to receive my check I worked hard for, they make me feel like I'm annoying them, not walking in my shoes...big mistake that I have continuing being a customer. I want to get my check and be done completely with PLS. They honor not what they advertise!
I spoke with a representative by the name of Antonio, who wasn't intelligent enough to explain how the card works. He had the nerve to have an attitude because he can't explain how the card works. I called back and got and intelligent reply who tried to help with troubleshooting. BTW, the card is awful as well.
Over a period of time when using the PLS prepaid card I began to recognize unidentified charges to my account. Firstly, I phoned when I first received the card because I recognized that there were consistently $1 charges being deducted from the card and decided to switch to a monthly fee. I was informed that this would be a $5 charge but to my surprise about 2 months into using the card $6.95 was deducted twice from my account. When I phoned to inquire why the charges took place I was informed that it was $6.95 and not $5 as I was informed earlier. Now, what brings me to closing my account today is that I went to my bed with a balance and awoke this morning only to make a purchase based on my balance. To my surprise my transaction did not go thru because my monthly amount that's due on Nov 7 was not fully deducted from the account ALTHOUGH my account had more than enough monies to deduct that $6.95 amount. I requested my balance be sent to me on a daily basis as parts of ensuring that I'm in the know of what my balance is... I did not receive a text message of the balance of my account after PLS deducted the amounts from my card which allowed my purchase to be declined. Why go in and deduct the monies twice? And if PLS did not receive the $6.95 on 10/7 what happens on the 10/8 date? Why wasn't the balance deducted on that date? Why is informing the customer via text message in place? For only when it suits PLS? Some of their customer reps are rude and have limited knowledge of how their product works. They've lost a quality customer. They fail to realize that there are other prepaid companies out there, and companies who with better guidelines and who knows how to treat their customers. Kudos and goodbye!
I have been paying on my loan with PLS monthly since November of 2010. The original amount was $1500 plus $300 in interest. As everyone before me has stated, I was misled and not fully informed about the fact that the interest would be front loaded 72 hours after I paid the interest currently due. I have only paid my loan down by about $50 in six months! I called the manager and asked for help or a better way to end this madness. He explained to me that he would escalate my request to his superior and let me know that I had already paid $200 on my account of the $365 in interest. I have paid another $25 and have to pay the difference of $140 today or he will place a repo order on me and add an additional $125 in fees. He told me I have to pay this amount within five days or I lose my vehicle plus the money they're holding in a folder instead of adding it to my balance which would reduce my interest and the balance too! The manager failed me and I'm sure has done others the same way in the past.They're not going to assist me, so I am going to do the following: 1.) Try to reach Robert Wolfberg, PLS president's office for a possible solution, since they are making huge profits off myself and others at tel# 312-491-7300, located at 300 N. Elizabeth st. Chicago, IL 60607-1144; 2.) Contact the Office of Consumer Credit Commission for my state for guidance if possible on this matter; 3.) I will further attempt to pay by the five-day deadline; 4.) I will turn in my vehicle, but also will do everything in my power to find ways to better inform future clients of PLS about the unfairness of this type of loan; 5.) I am an American citizen that will find a way through this. I am a Military Veteran, and I know that Robert Wolfberg, PLS President is not President of PLS by not listening to his customers. I will post my findings as to what the final result is within five days.
I got an Xpectations debit card from PLS store in Los Angeles. I transferred my money there, from student loans etc. I had over $3,000 dollars in the card, when out of nowhere my card was canceled! I tried signing in to my online account to check the balance, and I couldn't! I called them and they told me my card had been canceled because I didn't provide "proper documents." I told them "I did!" and they told me I would get a check of my balance within a MONTH! That's right, they canceled my card, and withheld my money for a month. Now it's been past A month, and they are "STILL PROCESSING" my check! I had all my money in it, which was over 3,000. I have not been able to get any of it out for over a month. Now I have to wait, until who knows when, until I get my 3000 check by mail.PLS and BRICE CORP bank are a bunch of lying, deceiving, money stealing **! PLEASE DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM, DO NOT GET PREPAID DEBIT CARDS FROM THEM. They will steal your money and withhold it from you until they please! It says so on the contract, that they have the right to cancel your card whenever they please! DO NOT TRUST PLS AND DO NOT GET AN XPECTATIONS CARD!!
Decided to use card and didn't know PIN #. Requested a resetting of PIN. Still after 7 calls to their annoying customer service number. They deactivate card, so now I can't use it at all. Now, I'm told a supervisor takes 24 hrs. or more manually reset the PIN #. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY ON USING THIS CARD PRODUCT. IT'S A JOKE OF A BUSINESS AND SCAM!!!!!
I was late on a payment and I called to make them aware and find out what is it that I can do to rectify. Although the loan amount borrowed was paid, I still had the interest to pay off. Arrangements were made with customer service and a supervisor to confirm the arrangement with date and time. I honored the arrangement on my end but when I got to the store in Houston, on Monroe and 45 Gulf Freeway, I was told something different. Of course there was no documentation or communication between both parties involved. Because there was no communication to the store from the collection department, the lady stated that she would call me the next morning after speaking with the collection department. Well, she must have forgotten she was off the next day. My account was overdrawn for the total amount past due I owed and I tried speaking with a supervisor as well, but did no good. Your staff follows your leadership. Check and Go I dealt with in the past is awesome. I will never ever refer anyone to PLS. After reading all the other reviews, it's a wonder this place is still in business. People who are honest and trying to pay back a loan is treated worse than those who get the loan and then change bank and phone numbers.
I came in on a Sunday night. Monday at midnight to be exact and there was about 10-15 people in line. Only one teller and there was 2 other employees working. Instead of them helping they just stood there pretending to work. Paul and Gloria are the names of the people that didn't help with the CUSTOMERS IN LINE. I was there literally for a little more than an hour. It is too late at night to be waiting in line. I was extremely upset with the service that was provided. Something has to change. I hope I never go there again.
Receiving numerous harassing phone calls from the above number and several others associated with this company. I never conducted business of any kind with them and they were given my work / cell phone number in error or intentionally by someone else. I have advised them that they are calling the wrong number and to please stop, but they refuse and are now very nasty on the phone.Knowingly and unlawfully being harassed by company I never did business with. Only want the phone calls to stop! (willing to file complaint with State or City agency you recommend)
Paid for a hotel room. The hotel gave me a refund of the amount because I had pets. Had to have the hotel fax over the correction on company letter head to get my money back even though they did it electronically. Only got one hotel room back. They are holding the other amount because it has the amount of the hotel room and the authorization amounts for both rooms and the rooms are what they have the amount for are not the same. But the hotel can not give a receipt or a letter with the amount of the authorization amount because that is fraud. The authorization amount was never charged therefore it's fraud for showing it. They know this as I spoke to a supervisor. She confirmed it but still refuse to release my money!!! Plan to cancel my account and report them to the Better Business Bureau.
I am writing because I closed out a loan in 2011 through bankruptcy. I am now trying to take out another loan, but I can’t due to the PLS in Hyde Park not closing my record. I sent my discharge papers last year and I gave them another 2 days. Is there anything that can be done so I am able to take out another loan?
I am writing this review at about 7:20 am on a Sunday morning. About an hour ago we got a knock on our door from a repo man. He said he had orders to repo our car because we didn't pay our bill. The problem is we Did pay it! We drove two and a half hours out of our way to pay it. This happened because the employee that took our payment failed to contact the main office and let them know we made the payment. This is the worst customer service ever! Not only the loan company but also the repo company as well! We gave the repo man our receipt showing we paid it and his response was "Well if you did actually pay it, and it looks like you may have, then we will bring it back the next time we are in the area". The problem with this is that my husband and I both work and we need our car now. The repo company is two hours away and now we have no car. In the past this company was an ok last option for an emergency need for cash, but I will never again go to this company... for anything! The blatant disregard for their customers is atrocious. There is clearly no communication in this company.
My card was used for fraud. I noticed it call the company. They stated that I will be getting a new card in the mail in 7 days, I said I couldn't wait. I will be getting paid in a couple of days, I need to pay my rent. He said, "Call me when you get paid and then I will send you a new card." Today on payday, my card is blocked. I called them and they told me I have to - in the store directly - get a new card and they will transfer the money on my card in 24 to 48 hours. I HAVE TO PAY MY RENT, I ALREADY GOT AN EXTENSION. The owner will be at my house at 7:30. I cannot wait. I WILL NO LONGER BE USING THEIR SERVICES. They have no customer service. If I would have known, I would have went to the store!!!
I am a frequent customer at PLS in Jamaica Queens. Don't I went to pay my rent and con Edison bill like I do every other week. I walk up to the window told the Customer Service rep what I was going to pay and how much. Next then I know the shift Manager walk up to the window and ask me how much was in my checking account... pause... Then she repeat herself... pause... I then ask her, "What does my checking account balance has to do with you?" As long as I have the money to cover the bills, that I'm there to pay. Again she ask me how much money was in my account. I have been going to this location forever since they open up in Jamaica Queens. I no longer feel safe using PLS. I feel that the shift manager Natazia was rude...
PLS Loan Store in Hazel Crest, IL - I got a title loan last year in August. When I got the loan it was at the end of the month and my payment was due 2 days later. I paid the loan off early and didn't get any money back for early repayment. Shouldn't I have gotten something back? Pissed.
This company, is deceitful. They're not here to help you out, the dispute department is astonishing. You can't talk to the your assigned caseworker on any error or dispute you may have started. Why in the hell can't you talk to the person who is control of your case... It's ridiculous... To whoever reads this take heed to this message. NEVER GET A XPECTATIONS CARD... NEVER.
PLS is very good about giving you money but the moment you can not make your payment they will garnish your wages or force you into bankruptcy. I've had my wages garnished and having problems receiving satisfaction or payment received. DO NOT TAKE A LOAN WITH THEM. GO TO ACE OR CHECK N GO. Any place is better than PLS.
Why can't young people be professional on their job? Every time I go cash my check at PLS, these young ladies always gossiping to each other about their baby daddy. They don't greet you when you walk up to cash your check. They just keep talking to each other and you can hear it in the lobby. They look silly. You be trying to tell them you need a money order and they still will keep gossiping like you not there.
My husband and I took out a title loan on Jan. 5, 2013. We paid off the loan on February 22, 2013. We're still waiting to get our title back. Every time we call, we are given a different excuse as to why they don't have it. When we first opened the loan, we were told that it takes up to ten weeks to get the title back. We are approaching 15 weeks. I believe they weren't expecting us to pay it off so soon and once we did, they sent the title off to avoid refunding us the 90+ dollars we were charged for the title fee. If you don't receive it by this Saturday, I will be contacting the BBB.
I took out a loan for $900 and made or three payments on it of $227.The following payment I was unable to make so I went into the store to see what can be worked out. My options were not good. I was given the option of paying the difference and refinancing the loan for a larger amount and losing what I have paid already or paying it all off at a lump sum of $1,200 or let them take me too collections. I asked if they can hold off on it until my next pay period so I can pay it all off and was told no they are not allowed to hold it. Then they have the audacity to ask me for my signature to stop legislation from passing a law to stop these loan places from taking advantage of low income or middle class people. Now I'm stuck and don't know what to do. Is there a way to correct this mistake? As the PLS loan gives me no options to fix this within my budget constraints.
I've been going to this store about 3 yrs. Greta, Ogie, Joselin, Raeda. These worker are the best. Every time I go they always put up with me even if I am complaining. But l love them. Their attitude always the same kind and friendly. The Manager there are the bomb. She respectful and kind. Ogie is my girl. I always tease her about her name. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. Love y'all.
Their service is very poor. I paid my interest of $128.00 on 10/8. One employee was overheard saying she was going to send my check in, and she did care if I would be upset. The check was clearly dated for 1/12/2011. I had to refinance $650.00 to get back the $628.00 taken out of my account. This loan now will have cost me $421.00.
A woman called wanting to talk with my husband. I explained he was on another phone call. I asked her what it was concerning, she told me it was important and private. She then ask if I would take a message and have him return the call. When asked who she was, she got rude. I took the other phone call for my husband so he could talk to the woman. Without telling him who she was or who she worked for, wanted his phone number, social security number and address. He refuse to give her any information. She informed him she was going to cancel his PDLS account and then she hung up. We called the store where our account is and she told us that she had been getting complaint calls all day from customers concerning these calls.
My card was stolen today. I called to report it and the young lady stated that she could put in a request to have my funds transferred to a new card in 24 to 48 hours. But I need to go into PLS and get a new card. I told her, "Okay but I need gas. Is there anyway I can get my funds ASAP." She stated yes once I got the card to call back in, talk directly to a Manager and the manger could put the money on there immediately. But I had to call before 5 pm. I got the card and I called in and got Customer service and was told by a man that the lady that told me that lied. They don't do that. Everyone has to wait their turn and he would put my name on the list. I then said, "But she told me to call and speak to a manager." He put me on a 2 mins hold then came back and told me no managers were available. That he put in the request and then repeated that under no conditions do they ever move anybody to the head of the line. So, that pissed me off because if I need to pay for my mom's medicine and my kids' medicine they would have to wait 24 to 48 hours to get the meds they need to survive. PLS wouldn't give a damn. Because according to their policy no one gets special consideration. Everyone must wait their turn. I hung up and called back in through the stolen card department and got Teresa and she apologized for the first lady lying to me. She got her supervisor to see if since I was lied to if the Manager would make an exception. The Manager state that she apologized for the rep telling me, that she will make note of her mistake and give it to her supervisor so she could give the rep more coaching so that it doesn't happen to anyone else. But I would have to wait. So, they are in good standings. I help them point out a problem and they did nothing to make my situation right. That tells me this company could give a damn about its customers. That's really sad because I have had this card a long time. They never gave me an order number.
I have worked for PLS for payday loans and checking side. I have seen all and had to do all of these unjust practices. They refused to disclose anything: pre-paid card, title loans. I've witnessed cashing fraudulent checks, cashing checks that are on someone else's name because these people are here illegally. It does work for the people that do not or cannot have a checking account. We're always told to get the highest fee of 10% which is a lot! As to the person regarding his title loan and wants to contact the owners, they will never ever respond. They have a huge legal team. Good luck.
I lost my card and called it in to get it cancelled. Problem is, there is no way to get my transactions record. I've spent hours on the phone with the worst and rudest people I've ever had my entire life. I've been to two different PLS stores ten miles apart and got the same attitudes that I had with people on the phone. Stay away from "XPECTATION" card if don't like excessive fees and bad attitudes when it comes to your money.
Myself and husband came into the store to cash his check. He works with a lot of foreigners that get paid cash because of the legal status. Suzanne the manager asked my husband why the check was never cashed there before and he explained that normally they give cash. She replied to my husband and stated "maybe it's because Mexicans are the only ones that will work". She is very racist and should not be dealing with the public. Other Black patrons heard what she said and will be filing a complaint and lawsuit against store number 25. They should fire her for that comment and the Mexican females that work in there like the assistant manager is very nasty to Black people. I will never go in store number 25 again and I will complain. The management team is very racist and from what I hear the few Blacks that do work there don't last.
From day one I knew there was a problem. The customer service representative at the Freeport, New York store seem to be a little frazzled. I get direct deposit and what do they do? Steal the funds!! I was using the prepaid Visa card to make purchases online as well and when I returned an item to nike.com they said they release the funds to BANCORP... the company or bank that handles PLS funds. That was 2016 and I still haven't gotten a resolution. Then I go to the same location a few months later because the magnetic strip on my card was no longer working. She gave me another card right then and there and I activated it right away and lo and behold $500 and change goes missing on my account 20 minutes later. I didn't have the card then and I was told it was done online with a Target store and $10 of it making an inquiry about a hotel in Aruba!PLS the customer service rep at the Freeport location had to be the one to do it because she should have cut the card up in front of me etc. They told me they were going to get on it and all would be well. Okay well it's 2017 and I have received nothing! Now here it is July 2017 and for the last two years or so I was saying to myself there is no way I am spending that kind of money but it's a banking institution. I was trusting PLS.Well today I found out they steal over $1,800 and that was through direct deposit it and they have been doing this for 2 years since I was issued the new card!!! Then They tell me that there is no supervisor available for the latest incident and that they would have a supervisor call me back!! It's obvious SOMETHING IS FISHY OR DOESN'T SMELL RIGHT OR CAN'T PASS THE SMELL TEST!! Without divulging everything I know they have been stealing funds because I'm looking at the website and right before my eyes information is being changed in REAL TIME!!
I had a title loan for 500.00 that I forgot about and I went into PLS on E. Lancaster in Fort Worth to cash a 700.00 pay check and they took it. Is this legal? Can they do this?
I was awarded a judgment by the court that I was unable to collect on. I went back to court and was awarded a special writ allowing me to repossess this person’s vehicle. This was on January 10, 2012. Due to unusual situations, the repossession took place on April 15. When I went to the license bureau to get the title so I could sell vehicle for monies due to me, I was told that the owner took out a title loan with PLS Loan Store on 12th and Ajo. I contacted these folks. They told me the only way I could do anything was if the owner came down with me and paid off the loan, which obviously is not an option. I had an attorney contact their main office here in Tucson, located on Stone Avenue. We sent over the necessary paperwork, including the legal court order proving that I am the legal owner of vehicle. Still, after receiving it, they said they still would not talk to us. I went back to the court, subpoenaed their corporate office in Phoenix. They chose to ignore the subpoena. I have done everything by the book and offered to pay off the loan against the truck. This is not an appropriate way to do business. The fact that there are no regulations for these type of businesses makes it very difficult for those of us that have the appropriate paperwork in place to protect us. You have a vehicle with a clear title, you get the money. However, they obviously don't want their money back as much as they'd like to repo a vehicle so they can have the full amount. There is absolutely no reason for them not to cooperate with a court order and to ignore a subpoena, which is contempt of court. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They obviously do not play by the rules that law abiding citizens do.
I was in the need of urgent cash due to some harsh times. So I thought that a title loan was a good idea but I was totally wrong. I got a loan for 2,600 and I would pay back 6,800. Reality sink in when I realize that I would pay twice as much but was done. Had no dispute. I kept paying my payment on time but I got injured and couldn't work for a couple of weeks. It made me miss a payment. When I finally had all the money for all that was due for two months I asked the manager for a total amount. He gave it to me and I paid it. Two weeks passed and I got a call that I was behind on a partial payment. I went in but couldn't understand why if I had gone in two weeks prior and asked specifically for amount owed for the two months so I would be ahead in payments. Four months passed and again I was said to be behind. My wife went in and was surprised about the charge. They had told me over the phone a higher amount and when she got there it was a lower amount. At that point she asked to check their system for clearance and it wasn't so she went over their book log ins and they had purposely made me miss a partial payment, which meant that for the past four months I was paying high interest payments on their mistake. FOR THIS REASON BE VERY CAREFUL. ALWAYS HAVE THEM CHECK THEIR COMPUTER SYSTEM AS WELL AS THEIR LOGGING BOOK. In all my interest rates I ended paying about four times the loan. Not worth it.
This is the worst prepaid card I ever had. They reported my card lost when I never instructed them to. I went to a PLS and added funds and that's when I found out they had reported my card lost or stolen (my card was never lost). They told me to go back to PLS and get a new card and 24 to 48 hours they would transfer my funds on the new card. It's been 2 days now & I still have not received my funds on the new card??? I have spoken with 8 different customer service reps & they keep asking for my phone number but no one is calling me back. I should have stuck with NetSpend, because they take care of their customers??? Xpectations suck!!!
Kind of Tricky or Lack of training - Yesterday I bought a pre-paid card because the person who offered it was very nice and I thought it could be good idea for online purchases. The person told me that they had two plans paid as you go or you paid $6.95 a month, but if you use ten times a month they won't charge it or put the money back in your card. First they charged me $8.00 for the card, I put $20.00 on the card. But today I called to set my password and I found that I only have $13.05. I called the company and asked the reason and first they had my date of birth wrong, when I provided my driver's license with the right date of birth. Second the customer service person told me that they charge $6.95 a month no matter how many times you use your card, and that they only had the plan pay as you go, which is $1.00 per transaction. More than that I have to send a copy of my driver's license by fax, mail or whatever to amend the error with my date of birth. I think this is a very good way for them to make a lot of money giving the wrong information. I am going to cancel it. It was a waste of time and money. I better use PayPal or any other safe service to make my purchases online.
I recently took out a thousand dollar loan at the store on 71st. Looking at my receipt, I found out they took an interest loan out on me. I called the 855 phone number and talked to one of the agents. They told me that only $15.50 is to be added on to every $100. They had me write the check out for $1,221.42. That right there showed that they're a fraud. I would like an attorney to look in too my case. This not the first time this has happened to me. Please help me out or tell me what to do.
So I went on Amazon.Com to order my 6 year old something. I made the purchase and also signed up for Amazon membership. I canceled both the order and the membership. I called Xpection's customer service and explained what happened. The Rep told me to tax over the email I received from amazon. The supervisor are the only ones that have access to the faxes. And they check them every 2 hours. Needless to say I went to kinkos tax over them info. Waited a few hours called still no tax. Went back to kinkos refax the info called the next day no tax. I received the money back the next day for the membership. However I still have received the money for the item. Called back to speak to a supervisor. They ALL ARE BUSY HELPING OTHER CARD HOLDERS and the customer service Rep name Paige hung up in my face. I'll never do business with them. Once my money post I'm closing that acct.

I had 2 outstanding loans with the company and took a 3rd to cover my rent for the month. I recently found out that they are in violation of state law by opening a third loan with 2 outstanding loans. Is there any recourse I can take? Does this make the contract null and void? I know I shouldn't have taken the loan out to begin with but when you are desperate, these people pounce on you and you can't dig yourself out.
Went to the PLS on Aldine Bender.. They say I owe on a payday loan from 3 yrs ago when I had already paid for it. They refused to return my payroll issued check...if you got a loan even after you've paid for it - DO NOT go there. They'll keep your check..until you can prove that you paid. Just a BIG inconvenience. I WILL NEVER GO TO PLS AGAIN.
