Today started out with a pure down of heavy rain, along with other concerns on my mind. To be honest not sure what I was going to do. I had been looking at the On Deck mail for over 3 weeks and said to myself, "Aawwhh they are just going to tell me NO!!!" So while I was thinking this outloud, I spill my coffee on me and on the countertop on the letter from On Deck. So I said let me call. I spoke with a agent name D.M.. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable, of the options available for me. He advise me of certain steps and as sure as the rain stop and the sun was shinning. D.Mack got me approve. Thanku Sir for an excellent service you render unto me. As you go forward you can trust that, "On Deck Will Write That Check"

I exhausted all avenues for looking for a traditional loans and/or factoring with no luck. What happened is my small business suffered a modest loss last year in 2015. During most of 2016, however, I have had solid income for my business during the last six months (tripled revenues with very respectable profit margins). However, no bank would touch me and help me because of what happened in 2015. (My personal credit score is 730.) No one wanted to lend to me. No one. Had I not found OnDeck (and my beloved broker Chris Clark), I would be out of business today, or at least defaulting on my business growth. No joke. Are the interests rates high? Yes, but they are lending money with no collateral. I thank my lucky stars that we live in a country where these lenders (who are legitimate in the fullest sense of the law) exist whose only collateral is their judgment in your solid ability to make money and pay them back. Thank you, OnDeck (and Chris Clark).

Not happy with Ondeck, They did not follow their core principles. Furthermore they have betrayed trust with clients that are faithful to them and when you take advice from them, they renege on what they say they're gonna do for you by a policy change that just happened so it leaves your Small Business out in the cold and possibly shutting down as a small business when you put your trust in Ondeck . They are not loyal to their clients And they're not transparent and trust worthy. They would not stand by you as a small business as a client of theirs and do what's best for your business to be successful. I am so disappointed and displeased with Ondeck!!!
I can certainly encourage people to let On Deck work with them for capital funding. They are efficient and quick to get the funds to your business. The people who work with you talk to you and try to help you with your particular needs.
On Deck is legit, if you can afford the daily payments they help out alot. Ana, she has been awesome, been there every step of the way for me.

Courtesy, timeliness and follow-up support have been GREAT.
I am 99.9% happy with the service and product that OnDeck delivers. I was not happy about the overall interest rate but the branch manager with the bank I have my business accounts with look all the paperwork over and said for my situation is was my best solution. I would use them again but try to get a better interest rate.
Scott did a great job of explaining my options. Even though it wasnt everything that I had needed, he was very aware of what I would and would not qualify for and was able to help me make a solid informed decision about working with OnDeck.

When my conventional bank decided it no longer wanted to do business with automotive related company's. On Deck had no issues loaning me the money I needed to pay them off. This is the second time that I've utilized the services of On Deck but Taylor was the primary reason for my return. Taylor made my first experience rather quick and painless. The second experience was at light speed. On Deck is everything they claim to be. There wasn't any hidden costs and they are up front with you about what type of loan you are taking and how much it will cost over the term. I haven't had any issues with daily deductions. This loan allowed me to purchase new equipment and retail to set me up for a successful holiday season. It brought much needed energy and vitality back into my business at a time I wasn't able to get funding from a traditional bank! I am so pleased that I opened the door and took a chance with On Deck. This is by far the most professional lending company we have ever worked with. There is no reason for us to look any further. After completing OnDeck’s basic loan online application, I received a phone call from Jose, basically explaining how OnDeck’s process works and that he was going to be my Loan Advisor for our requested short term loan. Overall, I found Jose to be very professional, knowledgeable and thorough explaining how OnDeck’s programs would work for our organization. His email contained basically six different options/ offers with their standard and premium programs. He explained all the programs thoroughly and expressed the pros and cons of each insightfully, while also providing examples of them as well. Jose was very helpful by providing some other options besides the short term loan, one of which was establishing a credit line. This was an excellent suggestion, where we would have readily available funds, but incurring no additional debt. Jose was able to get our targeted loan of $150,000, but was also able to establish a credit line for $100,000. I enjoyed doing business with Jose and OnDeck and would highly recommend him to my family, friends and business associates. John D.
