We received an offer in the mail. The majority of the process was completed online. The representative assisting us was very knowledgeable, easily able to answer our questions, and friendly. The reason we rated it 4 stars instead of five stars is simply because of the repayment schedule. They automatically take a payment out daily Monday through Friday, while we would prefer a monthly payment plan. Considering how difficult it is for small businesses to acquire business loans from banks, this is a softer, gentler way of receiving funding when needed for your company.
This is my second time to be funded. These guys are amazing! Fast and communicated which doesn’t happen very often anymore. Also you can get in direct contact with them. No 20 min or longer of waiting on the phone. They make you feel like the only customer and a special one... Definitely will be a continued customer. Ryan Miller helped me and was superb!

Simple, easy and fast.
Great service when you need Working Capital. However expect to send over paper work that no other financial institution has asked you for before. Also expect the process to take longer than the timeline they give you at the beginning, so plan ahead.

I have used National Funding to stabilize the outflow of cash obligations between the inflow of receivables. My initial interaction was based on a promise of future a operations loan. Nearing the end of the initial bridge loan I contacted National Funding to negotiate an operations loan and was informed that this type of loan program has never been available with National Funding. Even the initial misinformation should have upset me, I found my new representative to be completely honest and transparent in this actions and responses. The company has always provided what they said they would do (in writing) and I have become impressed with the integrity of the company.

Ryan was great and helped me to structure our loan so not to over burden our business cash flow . This is expensive money but sometimes in business to expand and increase sales you need that added little capital so it's well worth it
1st Molly lessened then 2nd educated me ( not to put myself down but I need the education then I had a great grasp of what I was doing ) 3rd the offer Molly gave me was dead on for my wife's music school not to kill the school with det ya we area all playing a risky game here but with Molly education and not pushing me to loan too much the victory is totally possible for everyone to make money great job Molly thanks a lot plus you can post this I just don't know how to do that
You get what you pay for. While some money is not cheap, what makes the finance charge worth while is experiencing a staff who works hard to get you what you need, while simultaneously extending you credit for disciplined spending habits. Ben did just that. Not only did he give me credit as a disciplined money-manager, he also works diligently with others to get everything processed in timely fashion. If each person’s efforts are worth a few hundred dollars per day, the staff at National Funding goes out of their ways to earn it. That makes the money great!

National Funding came through, as promised, with capital for my growing company when I needed it the most. As a small business owner, without a lot of credit history, it's nearly impossible to get a revolving line of credit at a decent rate. With National Funding, the rate is high, but the loan came through quickly, and there is no pre-payment penalty to pay back the loan ahead of the terms.
Michael Cowles worked very hard to help me, as I was dealing with an unusual circumstance. He was patient, persistent, kept me informed the entire way. I highly recommend Michael and National Funding. I thought they might be too good to be true, but sometimes angels do come to the rescue and I am very grateful for the professionalism of both my contact and the company.
As far as customer service, I'm rating a 5 stars. We'll see how i feel as time progresses and if there's any changes. Other than that, Emily's a top dawg in the making! Thanks

Require more info on third loan . I don't think some of the staff know how to read bank statements . Everyone says deals get better but they don't . They don't like you to payoff loan early .
