I’ve literally had non stop agro with this company, I never speak to the same person, the communication is appalling, there’s so much small print that it is just not realistic, I’ve asked 3 times via email and over the phone for my date the DD comes out to be changed from the 30th to the 1st, 3 times this has gone out and 3 times I’ve been charged £25 by Kennet and my bank will charge me, I spoke to one lovely lady who called and said she’s sorry but the email has been going to someone who no longer works for the company and she will change the date it comes out right now and apologised again THEN a rude email back from some one claiming they’d tried contacting me (been on holiday) and they need to discuss things. I was told I need to put the request in an email which I did and now that’s not good enough. In total it’s cost me £75 in charges when something so simple is complicated! Just change the date! It’s that simple!
