I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE THIS TIME TO THANK YOU FOR BEING UNDERSTANDING FOR MOVING PAYMENTS TO THE NEXT MONTH WITH OUT A PENALTY NOT TOO MANY LOAN COMPANIES DO THAT BUT YOUR COMPANY DID. YES I WOULD HAVE LOVED TO PAY MY LOAN OFF QUICK BUT DO TO MY FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS I HAD TO PAY THE LONG WAY THAT'S WHY I GOT THE LOAN HELP MAKE THINGS A LITTLE EASIER AND IT DID BECAUSE THE WAY CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP ME DIFFERENT MONTHS IF I DIDN'T HAVE IT YOU PUSHED IT TO THE NEXT MONTH AND DIDN'T CHARGED NO LATE FEES. I'VE TOLD MY FAMILY MY FRIENDS ASSOCIATES BECAUSE THIS IS THE KIND OF LOAN COMPANY YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH ONE TO UNDERSTAND THAT WORKS WITH YOU DON'T PUT NO MORE PRESSURE THAT YOU ALREADY HAVE AS LONG AS YOU MAKE THAT PAYMENT YOU HAVE NO PROBLEMS. I really love this company they are very helpful when you need them and they will do everything to help you to keep your account current! It is very easy to get a loan and as long as you pay back they are always willing as of right now the loans offered through clear line is helping me pay for my wedding!

Exceptional customer service. Process was efficient from start to finish. Felt very comfortable that they use a SSL secured website. Full disclosure of all fees are throughly explained and you are provided ample time before first payment is due. If I could point out one issue would be the fees are a little high, but you have to factor in this the type of loan that warrants that.
Someone in Delaware used my bank card to pay their loan with this company. They refused to give me any information even though they confirmed it was my card being used. The police had to jump through hoops to get the name of the individual. Stonewalling the entire time, the process took months. I would have given 0 stars but I gave 1 star because they DID refund my money, but it was after my bank already got involved and took the money from them.

The customer service representatives are courteous and knowledgeable. They respond very quickly and arrange everything, as much as possible, the way I want it. The other added advantage to dealing with Clearline is that even though the loan rate is high, they answer their phones quickly when you want to change the amount of your payment unlike other lenders who keep you on hold until you finally give up and accept that you have to pay per the schedule. I've always paid off my loans early and not had to pay the higher rate. I would recommend them to anyone.

They send you notice and then email you are pre approved. And then approved and then when you go they the third or fourth time putting all the info in.. They say we can't help you at this time.... They are false stating... And causing yet another hit on your credit report.

Clearline Loans, was easy to deal with. No hassling, gave me more than enough information to make my choice. The only thing that I can make a suggestion about is the website. I'd like to be able to pay online, if necessary. I was ready to pay off my loan on Saturday, but couldn't.
Get a loan for only what you can pay back and what they work with you on it. Pay it when you get paid this helps makes things go smoother. Good luck into the new year.

WAY too many hoops to jump through! I sent the required information twice and, even though both said they successfully posted, the person I talked to said they hadn’t come through. He asked that I send it again. I asked, if neither of the first two went through, how is a third time going to be any better? He went back to check again, and, miraculously he found that it had come through. Also, he had no particular time line on when the money would go in to my account. Not a good experience!
