My wife and I had an up and down experience with CheerLending. However, Brad Miller and Dominic Sanchez literally held our hands and assured us that although our loan had many special circumstances if we hung in there they would guide us and our loan would be approved. Guide us they did as no other loan companies would do by caring and thinking outside of the box. Our experience would last over 4 months beginning in March 2018. Ya! our loan was finally approved in late June 2018. We are so thankful for our final outcome and we want to personally thank the team at CheerLending for making our Journey into a dream becoming a reality....
I was frustrated in that I did not receive what I was signing on for. The initial work up I received in was what I received after jumping through a lot of hoops. If they had said in the beginning this is what you will receive, regardless of your Appraisal, then I would have pursued other options. Unfortunately, I was too deep in to explore other options. Dominic Sanchez was very helpful, and was not the person who I had spoken with initially, but was the one who received my unfavorable comments when I saw the figures.
Brad and Grace were on point. They were supportive throughout the process. The documents were explained with ease.

I recently received refinancing for my home mortgage from Cheerlending, LLC, a company that I was made aware of on a television commercial. I called and spoke to a representative and was impressed with the information so I applied for the refinance. They referred me to another representative who told me what I would need to send to them. I followed the instructions and sent them the information forthwith. During the processing of my refinance, I found the people to be prompt at all times, respectful and considerate. They answered my phone calls and/or returned my calls in a timely manner. It was a very pleasant experience and I would refer any friends and family members to Cheerlending, LLC.
We were extremely pleased and highly satisfied with our Cheer Lending re-financing experience. They were very caring, diligent professional, organized and timely in addressing our concerns and challenges. Our situation was difficult due to past credit issues and loan processor, Dominic Sanchez was the absolute best and helped encourage and keep us on track. After several failed attempts to refinance with other companies Cheer Leading got the job done and more than exceeded our expectations. Thanks to Cheer Lending we obtained a cash out FHA finance and will be able to use the funds to substantially reduce credit card debt and build our retirement home. Dominic made the loan process extremely easy. He made himself available (day or night) to answer all questions we might have throughout the process. At times the loan process can be cumbersome and complicated but Dominic's communication made it quite simple. Dom is all around great at his job and also a great guy. I would recommend Dom (Cheer Lending) to anyone without hesitation.

This was so easy, I should have done it sooner. I had been putting off refinancing my house because I thought it would be a big hassle. Boy was I wrong, especially when it came to the help of Dominic at CheerLending. He was helpful, kind and very easy to get information from. Any questions I had he was extremely patient. This was my first time using Cheerlending. The process was easy and fast. The only suggestion I have is to list the actual credit score numbers they will approve. That will help to determine if you should apply and keep unnecessary inquiries to a minimum.

Cheerleading was a great experience for me, they helped for my refinance which reduced my monthly from $2750 to $2,333 and my interest from 4.5 to 4.1. They made me comfortable the first time I spoke to them and I immediately gained their trust. All the documentation were done within a month and they also thanked me with some goodies. The cheer lending offer allowed me to combine several monthly payments that were accumulating interest in to one very reasonable monthly payment. I would definitely suggest looking in to it. If you're looking to save a bit of money.

Easy quick and painless process
I heard of this on tv and I didn't think this would be this easy and efficient and how it work out for me I been wanting to consolidate my bills for awhile and have one monthly payment this work our perfectly! Due to health debt I needed to pay down high rate credit cards. This process was much easier and quicker because of Cheerleading. I was given several good options to choose from and I was able to more or less customize my loan with rate and monthly payments. I am grateful for the help that I needed.
