Provided requested information via email, and then the representative states my the information shows something different, even though I'm clearly looking at the same information while on the phone. Ultimately, unable to be helped because they considered my deposit, as stated clearly on the bank statement, a transfer. Bad experience, after being called 18 times after submitting the information, and then told I couldn't be helped.
