from the first phone call to the last all people where on the ball very easy to deal with. I was looking for a complete different situation but after the first phone call felt very comfortable .
I looked into Biz Lender in 2018 and decided at the time to wait on acquiring outside funding for my business. Ben, whom I worked with held zero animosity for my not using their services. So when we decided to look into funding in 2019, I reached out to Ben again. He was willing to help out. Patient, understanding...everything transpired just as he said it would. Obtaining funding thru an online lender can be stressful and uncertain especially with the world we live in today. Us "baby boomers" are accustomed to dealing face to face with traditional lending services. So far, so good. I would consider doing it again when needed. Every business has times that require a boost of bucks and this worked out very well.

My overall experience with Bizlender was good although I dealt more with their lending partner Strategic Lending. They also were easy to work with. I got what I needed on terms I could afford. The loan is now paid off, but I will call them again if I need more capital.

We have just experienced the best business assistance ever! Prior to meeting BizLender and Leon and Eddie, we had spoken over the phone and inquired with several similar services that approached us by phone and email. In representing a client as their CPA, I sought a trusted individual at Bizlender (Sinead Devlin) to assist in a time sensitive (two weeks), can you really get this done (let me know ASAP), loan transaction of $200,000 which would protect a million dollar asset. Bizlender and Sinead responded within 2 days to move forward to asset due diligence, and well within the time line of two weeks concluded the deal for my client. No bank or other lending institution over the prior three months could get the deal done in spite of the assurances they offered. This only resulted in wasted time. Bizlender and Sinead Devlin were no BS; got a yes or no within 2 days; and offered the resources to resolve a huge potential loss for my client. Honestly and Service were the reasons that I called. The needed result was because they matched the need and circumstances to a lender that would lend with the stated security and terms.
The process managed by Yarone and Eddie was well done with clear, consistent, and timely communication. Eddie, the owner, got personally involved at Yarone's request to make sure my concerns and issues were addressed. Expectations about terms were set based on that info and we decided to proceed. Contact with the funding source was professional and timely and their questions about the business went beyond the usual financial stuff. They took an actual interest in what we do and how we do it and seemed to factor that into the offer. The rest of the process was very straightforward and fast.
I was skeptical at first, and just figured these guys were another dime a dozen like so many others. But then I started seeing the difference - feeling really cared for. And these guys worked this deal from left to right and did things I didn't think they could do -- all above water. Very impressive. Their operations are tight. Their communications were super fast. I'm glad to be onboard -- because the deal was LESS expensive than I was expecting, and MORE funding. Everyone here is happy and surprised.
Bizlender was easy to deal with. If you can't get cash from any other source, this is a good service.

Dont do business with Bizlender. Had account exec Leon working on deal. When deal went to his supervisor Sam, he jacked up the originator fees. When i rejected deal Sam tried to cover up a new deal that was in reality the original fee laided deal I rejected the prior day. Very shady business practice. BEWARE... STAY Away.
