I've worked with other lenders before and the red tape was pretty thick! AssetAvenue was extremely easy to work with from beginning to end. They came through at every turn, and were very accommodating when we needed to rush the docs! I would highly recommend this company for your lending needs.

Joe and his team are great! I have looked around quite a bit for the lowest cost hard money lender and I keep going back to Asset Avenue. I am on my 2nd flip with them. Thank you!
