Good Morning, I’d like to start off with your staff is absolutely terrible when it comes to customer resolution. Instead of showing empathy your staff decides to argue with the consumer. Being a former quality assurance manger for a Fortune 500 company your staff would surely fail my QA assessment. On Dec. 28th 2018 payoff was made; after numerous attempts to have the account settled myself as well as Mr. Joyner were met with numerous obstacles. We experienced outrageous hold times to chat a agent divulging company inside information with regards to scams. An now today I awake to an additional charge for the account that was paid off on Dec. 28th. I was advised that my bank account would not be charged however it clearly was not the case. This morning I called in for assistance and was met my nothing but an argument from your rep Mariah. I would like a call so this matter can be rectified as I was not advised correctly prior to my final payment.
Hello to all, Currently I have been working with Christy in their Resolution department. She has to some degree been helpful trying to resolve a purchase from Offroadrimfinancing. Last week I received a email from Christy advising we will have a 3 way phone call between her, Nate (Offroadrimfinancing), and myself. Well, who is a manager of customer service, neglected to call in. I received a email Monday stating that Nate sent a email saying he was sorry but he has been sick and out of the office. Odd since I had a friend call them that day and they were transferred over to him. The email also stated that Bailey (Offroadrimfinancing) and myself have worked out a agreement and I would return the wheels and keep the tires. Obviously, this was incorrect. Bailey did though help out by pointing out I can return the tires to Acima with no penalty. She also told me that Nate wasn't going to say anything to Acima because he didn't want them to know I was going to return the tires. I have not heard back from Christy regarding this and if I do I will add on to this review. I'm far from done with this issue and have emails and tapped phone conversations that will be very helpful in the future. So as for now I will continue with the process and see how both companies respond. I will keep everyone posted.
Acima has been fair and honest since i'v been with them. I no longer owe them. I am paid in full. Thank You Jesus.

I didn’t have any problems at all with Acima credit.
They deserve 0 stars we financed tires thru them the original payoff within 90 days was 1699 we missed the date by a couple of weeks Now mind you we had already paid 1237.00 we were told the payoff would be almost 2300.00 so my husband told them we would just rather them come pick them up. We were then informed because they are located in utah and we are in arkansas we have to donate them with Acima as the one who donated. We have told them repeatedly there is no one near us to donate them too not only that it states nothing about us having to find a way the terms and conditions says acima will pick the merchandise up if you willingly surrender it and it won't hurt your credit. Thats BS. They won't do that and how is that our fault? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY the tire places jack up the prices and then acima really jacks then up

Horrible place go someplace else
I am never going through this company again!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible service. I tried calling customer service and after being on hold for 30 minutes I gave up and tried the online chat which didn't work either. I am so upset. I am trying to change my payments to the 90-day financing so that it does not gain interest and nobody can seem to answer the phone even though they are working, this seriously makes me so mad, I am a paying customer. I don't want my freaking mattress to gain interest so I end up having to pay double what I wanted to pay, but nobody can answer my calls. This is total bull!
Great place. I been getting approved for $1089 last couple years. Is there an option for more$ credit. After paying of two accounts in past 3 years?

Very straightforward process and consistent pay schedule. Great experience all around.
Financed a bedroom set. The salesman told me about 90 days same as cash so thought that was a good idea. Was approved. And I asked the sales associate when will my billing start. I thought it started right away. He informed me once your furniture is delivered. Okay cool. Well a few of my pieces were a month late. Called today to get my payoff amount and I am informed that it was last month and I owe an additional $1800. On top of the $1100 I spent on the furniture. It’s not worth $2800 I was told sorry nothing can be done unless I pay the $1800 in full I would save 25 percent. It’s very frustrating as a consumer. If the salesman is not trained properly (which I should have realized as he told me he usually does delivery not sales) who am I to believe. Just be very careful when you do finance through them think twice. You make a mistake and it will cost you!!

I hate that I have to give them 1 star even though they’re not deserve it. I borrowed them 1,133.49 to buy my furniture. I let them deduct it from my bank account every week. So I know what sometime in October that will be my last payment that I will have to make. And today, I saw they took 12.24 from my account that I have to call them and ask why because I know that I payoff the amount that I borrow from them since October last year. What they told me that I haven’t pay the last week payment so now I have to pay more than 1200 because I haven’t make that last payment of 104.89, the bank didn’t go through that what they said. They didn’t contact me, email, phone call, or either mail me a letter when they absolutely have everything on files. They could have just contact me that say the bank didn’t go through that last payment that I would have to make so can I pay in a different way. So now they want me to pay another 1200 and that would double the price of the furniture I have purchased. And who knows that they’re the one that didn’t take that payment so I couldn’t pay and now I have to pay more. Please stay away from this company. There are so many reviews that I saw on here that have the same problem like I have. This is seriously a scam.
They don't deserve a star, this company scams it customers, you agree to one amount they change that amount at will, please learn from other people's mistakes and avoid acima

Acima has a genuine trustworthy name. This is my third purchase and through my worthiness my credit limit has increased as promised. The purchases were quick and easy. They even follow up with you to make sure you have received your purchase and make sure you had an enjoyable shopping experience. Because of Acima, I have been able to furnish my whole house.
Very happy with payments, i have always paid everything I purchased off in 90 days same as cash. I can go in the store and get anything i want because they made it easy to pay off my purchases and a good way to build your credit. I would definitely recommend ACIMA CREDIT!
Acima is a terrible company! Cut throte usury! Companies like this need to be legally destroyed. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. If you are a veteran like myself stay away!

During service we were informed of what needs work or parts to be replaced. If there were amounts showing prices of what was the cost for replacement and parts would have been great because we were invoiced for actual price of credit approval.
I have use Acima Credit three times and paid them off with the 90 day credit option and it worked out perfectly each time.
i have done business with Acima Credit on two occasions and both occasions i was satisfied. they may be hearing from me again soon

This is my 3rd time using ACIMA, first was for our dining table, then bunk bed for my children, then a king bed frame. I opted for 3 months no interest and they take out the payments on my payday. It has been convenient. No trouble so far and I do plan to use them again in the future.

NOTICED today that a payment came out of my back account but I know I have absolutely no knowledge of ever financing anything with this company. OBVIOUSLY this company allows criminals to finance anything under your name without asking no questions!! All they care about is money whether its the person that is buying or not!! Now i'm going through an identity theft situation with this company. I still have no idea how this happened but all I know is I better get ALL my money back!!!
the absolute worse and now I see everyone terrible reviews on all the other sites. for my 1700 dollar furniture I paid over 3000 dollars for, never late or missed a payment its my fault for not reading the fine print but that pretty cruel I understand interest and I expected on the 1700 maybe pay 400 in interest but never in a million years did I think I would buy my furniture twice. Dont do it I repeat

It would be great if you offered more than a 90 day as cash. Some other places do up to 110 days and sometimes those few extra days help!
I trusted triple t to do work on my vehicle last year after my husband was approved for the acima mess.I spoke to the so called resolution team that told me they would reach out to tod at triple t but what good did that do? My truck has been serviced by the Nissan place who says that triple t messed my vehicle up.But my husband is still paying acima so ask yourself is this a company you would give high praise to my answer is never trust a hidden face.

Originally got a loan of 1750 I couldn’t pay it on time and is going to end up costing me almost 4k. I’ve been paying it on time just lately I had late fees due to them charging me at midnight when I get paid at 4am so technically I wasn’t late since my payments where made the same day. I tried getting someone to help me change my last due date to a week later too finally pay it off together both late fees and last payment but they couldn’t help me. Cmon been paying twice my amount and you can’t even help out a loyal client shame!!! Never doing business with ácima again all they care about is jacking up the price and never about customers BS company Affirm is better don’t give them a dime like me

i like the service i have tried some of there products/sponsors with great success,but for awhile my credit has been the same no changes but yet it tells me to do this or do that,nothing that i would need.it just throws things out that are not relevant to me,it doesnt make sence on things they send,its like its on auto mode with no regards to my situation or credit score
It's been a few years since I bought my mattress. Only problem I had was a out the first down payment. The owner told me one thing and it was another. I cant remember excatly what happen cause it been awhile but it had to do with something that the owner said on the payment that wasnt right but other then that everything was good

I am so upset. I decided to use Acima to help build my credit. I set up automatic payment out my bank account. Each pay period they take $82 out my account some time 3 times a month. My furniture was only $890. I've paid over $1800 so far. I decided to call to see why they are still taking money out of my account. The guy on the phone told me that I electronically signed an agreement to pay them $2046 for this furniture if my bill wasn't paid in 90 days. I said there is no way I, or anyone would knowing sign an agreement to pay over double what their furniture costed. I asked him to send me a copy of this agreement where I signed electronically. He said i will get it in 24 hours. Why it would take 24 hours for me to get an email is beyond my understanding but I have not yet received this email. Then he tells me I qualify for a 25% discount of the remaining balance, These people are scammer and should be put out of business. And Acima please do not reply asking me to call because I did and all you had was excuses of why what you are doing is correct. You people are worst than Rent-A-Center robbing us blind.
The payment agreement was perfect for my buget
I purchased a used refrigerator and dryer The fridge stopped cooling after a few days called Acima They told me to contact merchant I did end result they denied my warranty So Acima said go through resolutions to fix issue and suspended my payments it’s been 3 months still not fixed End result I tried to turn the stuff in they said send pictures I did then they call and say They can’t take them but will offer settlement and won’t pick it up . They lie to you so now my credit that was good trying to buy a house now has to be fixed due to them . I don’t advise anyone to use them
I HATE THAT I HAVE TO GIVE THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE THEY DESERVE A 0! I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO SPEAK WITH THE RESOLUTION DEPARTMENT FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS AND THEY HAVE DENIED ME SPEAKING TO THAT DEPARTMENT LET ALONE A MANAGER! FIRST, THEY HAD ME ON HOLD FOR OVER 45 MINUTES TO SPEAK WITH A REP, AFTER LONG WAIT, I SPEAK TO A REP AND INFORMED ME THAT I CAN USE MY TAX EXEMPT LETTER AND TO EMAIL THEM A COPY OF THE LETTER AND MY ID AND THAT THE TAXES WILL BE REMOVED FROM MY ACCOUNT IN WHICH MY TOTAL PAYOUT WILL BE $2,010. A DAY LATER, I RECEIVE AN EMAIL STATING THAT I CAN'T USE MY TAX EXEMPT LETTER AND THAT I OWE $2,807. I ASKED TO SPEAK WITH A MGR AND THEY REFUSED AND TOLD ME THAT IF I CANT PAY, THEY WILL GRANT ME A 3 DAY EXTENSION FOR $75 AND IF I NEED A WEEK, IT WILL BE $100. IF I CAN'T PAY IT OFF BY THEN, I WILL OWE THEM $8000 PLUS TAXES ON MY FURNITURE IN WHICH MY ORIGINAL AMOUNT IS ONLY $4200! WHO IN THE HELL HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY? MIND YOU, I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR AT LEAST 2 MONTHS AND MY PAYOFF BILL IS DUE 2/8/19. I CAN'T GET NO ASSISTANCE! I CALLED MY FURNITURE COMPANY TO GET ASSISTANCE AND THEY CALLED ACIMA AND WAS TREATED POORLY! AND TO FIND OUT, ACIMA HAVE OVERCHARGED ME THIS ENTIRE TIME SINCE NOVEMBER! ACIMA, YOUR COMPANY AND YOUR STAFF COMES FROM THE PITTS OF HELL! I EVEN OFFERED TO PAY A LARGE LUMP SUM BUT NEED 3 ADDITIONAL PAYOFF DATES AND THEY DECLINED THAT TOO! DON'T TELK ME TO CALL CAUSE YOU WON'T HELP ME!
